Every time we say goodbye I blush a little …

Image
SUCH A LOVELY ONE THIS BENEFIT MAJORETTE  One of the best blushes I have ever used was the creamy one from Benefit Majorette , and the colour was perfect it was somewhere in between red and pink and orange. So it is quite good-looking for the white and yellow skins. However, its expiry date was quite soon so I had to get rid of it. I could not, I know, I still save it, cause it is so cute! The packaging and presentation of Benefit Majorette are really incredible.  SHISEIDO KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CHEEKS Weeeeellll, keeping it for a long while and loving it: Shiseidoblush . The one I had was exactly the one in the link. A stewardess told me that this was one of the best blushes and she was right! I admit although it was expiring in 18 months or so, I used it for almost for three years. But used it so much less than expected that I could not really finish it, though halved it. Love it! Oh that mascara adventure!

Image
I used many mascaras till this day but there are ones that I want to introduce to you, that I really like and still use up to this day... For some reason, I could not put any photos of the mascaras here in my blog, but I will post the photos later on; so you will need to read a lot of words and description, I apologise for that. The first one is a colourful one, it is purple. It is Yves Saint Laurent purple mascara that I have used for long years... this one was my favourite for many years and used it even on a daily basis. With green eyes, the purple goes really well. And it is quite a wet mascara but after a while, it becomes really normal as consistency and then the wetness does not bother you anymore. I quit it after a while cause I wanted to use natural products. Still, it is good to try this one if you like the colour purple. The second mascara I really liked was a vegan one, black, normal, daily use... and if you have sensitive eyes it is really a perfect one. It never m

Foot-works: what works and what does not?

Image
Not only having sensitive and dry skin but having dry heels, such lucky genes! There is though a solution to that for sure. You'd better take care of your feet which carry your whole weight whole day, that let you discover the world, that allow you to wear beautiful shoes, boots and slippers! Well, to cut the long story short, there might also be natural treatments to dry heels, and will look for them for you. However, before that, I would really like to use some of the knowledge I have about a couple of products.  Let's start with the creams for the feet. There are four suggestions on my side... I will tell you which one worked as much as I expected it to work.  First one is Kiko intensive foot cream . This cream is good for daily use. I use it before I go to bed, and wear my socks afterwards. I expect that at night the cream does all the work. Thought that it would not be efficient but it is quite good. However, I was using it with other creams so could not obser

Sprays and Mists for Sensitive Skin

Image
Hello Again, Once more I have four suggestions for sprays. They are all different, they have different functions, but they are all good for sensitive and dry skin. The one I like the most is the last one of Clarins "refresh" . It smells like flowers, roses and lavender. I really liked it a lot. It has a function of hydrating a lot, and I mostly use it before I go to bed sometimes even without putting on the night cream. My number one is this! The second one I liked a lot but it has lost its smell after six months was Kiko spray... ( Green me hydrating face mist ). This one is supernatural, it smells like grass, its consistency is almost white and I think it functions in hydrating the skin. The third one I suggest to you is the one I finished already and bought a new package as stock in my cosmetics shop, in our little house. So basically, this one is one of the best known from Avene , the spray with minerals for dry skin... Acqua Termale Avenè Spray ... I know

Who wants shiny hair like Italians?

Image
I want to give you brief suggestions on three brands, three products. The first one is Loreal Elseve Huile Extraordinary Oil . The second is Bioline argan oil that you can use for your face, body and hair. The third is L'erbolario olio per i capelli con argan . And finally one of my economic and lovely favourites: Equilibra cristalli liquidi con oli naturali . So first of all, I apologise for the Italian words. I can translate them better as I explain. All of these oils are good for treated and dry hair but also for normal hair. Loreal's oil has a chewing-gum-like smell, and it makes your hair really oily. But it does help your hair look shiny, it makes it easier to take shape and it even helps the edges of your hair not to get broken. I usually use it one day before taking a shower so that it gives some kind of oily texture to my hair before I wash it. I like it and suggest it and think that it is good. Online it looks like 12.90 euros. So it is not so badly expensive

Who wants to stick (around)? Nobody!

Dear Readers, This one is about roll-ons and stick-roll-on(s) you got it right. Have long been a smelly cat myself, like Phoebe from How I met your mother would say ... It might be related to what we eat, how often we do sports, genetical etc. But still, some people need more deodorants than others. I will give you a couple of suggestions, two are okay and two are wonderful! Let's start with the "okay" ones. So the first one is  Green Natural Brezza Marina  which is really quite nice without alcohol, paraben, SLES and aluminium. I tried it a couple of times but in long days of summer, it does not suffice if you are a smelly cat type! It is made in Italy and you can find it in pharmacies. The second one is Soft and Gentle without aluminium again: it has a nice smell, a bit of lavender I would guess (the purple one). You should allow it to try before dressing. It does not contain alcohol either.  This one is made in Poland. One of my favourite ones is Clarin

Belif: A brand that surprised me!

So, okay, I am a consumerist. Otherwise, I would not have done this blog, right? How do you know I am a consumerist? -I am caught by advertisements -I go out to buy something and buy something that I do not need -I always buy things before they finish -I am attracted to all the new things that come out... brands, trends, fashion, etc. Yes, so that is how I discovered Belif . Just bought a small sample where there was hydration cream, eye cream, a mask, and a serum altogether. They were quite small. Hence, I took them with me when I had to travel for one month. Still, remember that it was a bit expensive but wanted to try it. I did not regret it, except for one thing that I will tell you soon. It is good! It is really good, just do not like the smell. It smells to chemical but it works. Well, I want to know more about the ingredients of Belif. So the ones that I used were these: so there is this serum  Hungarian Water Essence  so there is this moisturiser Acqua Bomb t
