First of all I was aiming to write about the products I have been using recently, but I decided that I will deal with something deeper. About feeling good.  About being good. Which automatically translates into looking good.  So here, I want to underline a few important things, also with examples from my own life.  Some people might break your heart, make you feel bad. Healthy Life and Healthy Skin

I know that I had not written for a long while because I kind of lost the motivation to try more products and present them to you. However, I have continued on the skincare and I can give some tips on the skincare. I believe that I can rightfully give these suggestions since I noticed something about my skin in 40 days spent at home because of quarantine. I have these suggestions: 1) Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, vegetable soups... to be more specific, eat an apple each day. Try to eat fresh fruits or salad each day. Even if it is spring, try to eat a lot of soups, made with different vegetables and tomatoes... 2) Drink a lot of water, not too much but keep a bottle of water at your desk where you work and as you take little breaks rather than coffee, try to drink water with a piece of lemon inside 3) Try to keep active. How do we do our skincare? What is the order of things? Which products shall we use? How often should we do skincare? These are all questions that are answered a bit vaguely. However, I made the research for you and here are the results. MY SKINCARE  I just want to insert here my skincare and what I do. So the first and the last rule is not to overload your skin with too many products and too many applications... It is enough that you do two or three steps (cleanser, facial mist or toner and hydrating cream for eyes and the face) but could care to use good products (definition of good products: what helps your skin rather than how much it costs or how much advertisement is made about this product). However, now I will describe the situation in which I use more than three steps... So if I wash my face, first I use the cleanser of Lancome Miel en mousse . I have to say that I suggest this product before, but this product by itself, without some hydration can still cause dryness on
