Healthy Life and Healthy Skin

I know that I had not written for a long while because I kind of lost the motivation to try more products and present them to you. However, I have continued on the skincare and I can give some tips on the skincare. I believe that I can rightfully give these suggestions since I noticed something about my skin in 40 days spent at home because of quarantine.

I have these suggestions:

1) Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, vegetable soups... to be more specific, eat an apple each day. Try to eat fresh fruits or salad each day. Even if it is spring, try to eat a lot of soups, made with different vegetables and tomatoes...

2) Drink a lot of water, not too much but keep a bottle of water at your desk where you work and as you take little breaks rather than coffee, try to drink water with a piece of lemon inside

3) Try to keep active. I have noticed that when I moved inside the house as I did the cleaning of the house and so on my skin got hydrated itself... the sebum was much more balanced in the evening than in the morning,  on a day that I had not put a single piece of hydrating cream on my skin. I think it was because of the exercise and  fast walk inside the house when I was vacuuming and vileda-ing.

4) Try to eat some yogurt every day, I know that some people have seen my skincare tips where I suggest to make masks from yogurt, yogurt is absolutely great for skin and for everything else: it is a calcium depot and it is good for your intestines and stomach... helps digestion, fights acid...

5) Mix your hydrating cream with vitamin E or vitamin C. I have seen that vitamin E and vitamin C are great contributors to the hydration of the skin, so I mix just a drop at night before I go to sleep to my hydrating cream and I have noticed that my skin is much smoother, there are much fewer pores, and moreover, it is softer and looking younger.

6) Use the toner that is good for your skin: recently I finished Rose Pixie and am using now Yves Rocher anti-ageing tonic. I have another rose tonic from Missha that I started using. They finish quite fast if you use them every day, and I have to say that they make a difference in your skin. Just that they should fit your skin type, do not use the ones with a lot of alcohol in it.

7) If you drink alcohol, do not exaggerate it as I have noticed, the morning of the night that I drink a lot, my skin will be strange... red points and dots here and there, it looks tired and kind of yellow. When I drink just a glass of wine without exaggerating, my stomach, my brain, my heart and my skin feel better. I am saying all these without providing you with the scientific facts. They are just observations of mine during the quarantine days.

8) Balance your eating habits: if you eat too much meat, try to eat as many vegetables for a couple of days. If you eat too much bread, try to focus again on vegetables... balance your dinners and lunches with vegetables and also cook lentils, dry beans, chickpeas, anything that is rich in protein and that is good for your health...

9) Tomato sauce is a great anti-oxidant. All the websites write about that. Tomato is a great fruit that you can mix in almost all your sauces, try to eat as many tomatoes as possible.

10) Garlic and onion are great to increase the resistance of your immune system, they also hydrate your blood and they are also good for the skin! They stink right! But put them in your meals, mix them with ingredients and spices and eat like that, they will not smell so much then... even if they make you stink a bit, it does not mean that you will be embarrassed when you are in a video conference. Try to consume onion and garlic...

11) Do not smoke at all! Smoking is one of the worst enemies of beautiful skin, it takes the shine away from your skin, it makes the skin look dull.

These are my suggestions for a healthy life and healthy skin. They worked on me, I have been able to observe myself really well these days that we are confined to our homes. Moreover,  my sister who saw me on the webcam said, 'you look a bit pale but your skin looks great'. It does look better cause I take care of myself and I take care of my skin. The only thing that is missing is exercise, something that I do not do enough...

Let the sunshine into your house, light, oxygen, and sun are all we need to live, like a flower in a pot, we need all these beauties of the earth. Appreciate these beauties and appreciate the fact that even the most unwanted crowds are the things you are missing in your life. I miss going out for careless walks in the city and observing people around me. When I start doing that probably I will talk more about trucco, makeup products but for now, that is it from me.
