I know that I had not written for a long while because I kind of lost the motivation to try more products and present them to you. However, I have continued on the skincare and I can give some tips on the skincare. I believe that I can rightfully give these suggestions since I noticed something about my skin in 40 days spent at home because of quarantine. I have these suggestions: 1) Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, vegetable soups... to be more specific, eat an apple each day. Try to eat fresh fruits or salad each day. Even if it is spring, try to eat a lot of soups, made with different vegetables and tomatoes... 2) Drink a lot of water, not too much but keep a bottle of water at your desk where you work and as you take little breaks rather than coffee, try to drink water with a piece of lemon inside 3) Try to keep active.
