Who wants shiny hair like Italians?
I want to give you brief suggestions on three brands, three products. The first one is Loreal Elseve Huile Extraordinary Oil. The second is Bioline argan oil that you can use for your face, body and hair. The third is L'erbolario olio per i capelli con argan. And finally one of my economic and lovely favourites: Equilibra cristalli liquidi con oli naturali.
So first of all, I apologise for the Italian words. I can translate them better as I explain.
All of these oils are good for treated and dry hair but also for normal hair.
Loreal's oil has a chewing-gum-like smell, and it makes your hair really oily. But it does help your hair look shiny, it makes it easier to take shape and it even helps the edges of your hair not to get broken. I usually use it one day before taking a shower so that it gives some kind of oily texture to my hair before I wash it. I like it and suggest it and think that it is good. Online it looks like 12.90 euros. So it is not so badly expensive I would say.
Here comes the second one, Bioline that I bought from j'adore bio. This brand Bioline is a brand that I used for the first time but I have to say that I love j'adore bio. Unfortunate that we do not have it in Italy but I had it in Luxembourg, no wonder why there is the lux-thingie there. I use this oil for the body and the hair mostly, but I am trying to finish Elseve and equilibra first as I bought them first. Apart from these individual details, this one is vegan and cruelty-free, so do consider it! Aaaand for the amount it costs, it is quite economic I would say!
The third one is L'erbolario... I use this oil before I take a shower, I put it at the edges of my hair in abundance. Then wait for half an hour or fifteen minutes if you are impatient and then take a shower and wash it... It should be consumed in six months but I have it for the last two years. I know I know but I do use it still. How bad can it get? I like it and suggest you try it if you have dry hair or problematic edges that break easily.
And my all-time favourite is equilibra... this brand gives me the sense and feeling that it is an honest brand. Do not know why. It is an instinct! I do not have much proof. But it is without perfume, allergen, paraben and colourant; it smells like grass and soap. The smell never bothers me, even in sensitive nose times. I think you should give it a try, I take two drops in my hands, rub it and make it a bit warm and apply it to the edges. It gives a very nice shape and it calms the hair...
These are all my suggestions but I will come up with more I promise, with natural remedies and also with coconut oil that is also wonderful for the skin and hair... I have one but never used it till now and don't want to give you false impressions without having used. Since I use many oils for many different parts of the body, as the consumers are supposed to do, more division of the body, more products :) I will have more coming up on the oils, also about the facial oils for instance. Body oils only... that will be another blog. You are reading my mind yes, oils are good but shiny Italian hair must have also some other genetical reasons. Well, no expert on that!
