Foot-works: what works and what does not?

Not only having sensitive and dry skin but having dry heels, such lucky genes! There is though a solution to that for sure. You'd better take care of your feet which carry your whole weight whole day, that let you discover the world, that allow you to wear beautiful shoes, boots and slippers!

Well, to cut the long story short, there might also be natural treatments to dry heels, and will look for them for you. However, before that, I would really like to use some of the knowledge I have about a couple of products.

Let's start with the creams for the feet. There are four suggestions on my side... I will tell you which one worked as much as I expected it to work.

First one is Kiko intensive foot cream. This cream is good for daily use. I use it before I go to bed, and wear my socks afterwards. I expect that at night the cream does all the work. Thought that it would not be efficient but it is quite good. However, I was using it with other creams so could not observe which one was more efficient. Still, the price is also good for this cream.

The one I was not so much happy with was Caudalie foot cream. The cream was not so cheap and my expectations were higher. First of all, it smells like oranges (such a heavenly perfume), the consistency is very nice, and I like the packaging and all... but sorry to say that apart from it, I could not see any softening effects on the foot. You can try and see for yourself but for me, it did not function as good as it should have.

Then comes the third product I was absolutely happy with: Neutrogena foot cream with the berries. I could not find a good photo but I have to say that it smells like berries and chewing gum. IT REALLY SOFTENS THE FEET! SO HAPPY WITH IT! SUGGEST IT ONE HUNDRED PERCENT!

I will also be trying Lapitak foot cream and L'occitane, but before trying would not want to write about them yet. I think that they might be both really good.

Before finishing this blog, it is highly suggested to use foot scrub for problems with the heels. For me both Yves rocher foot scrub with lavender and apricot kernel, and Bottega verde foot scrub also with apricot kernel, function. They are both helpful to have less spooky heels. Please see them:

So I will write to you about more products on the feet. Once a week, to have Bagno for your feet in hot water would be helpful. If you take care of yourself your feet, you would not even have to go to the beauty centres for a pedicure... It is really not so hard to give your feet a good time from time to time. Love your body and love your feet however distorted they might be! My feet are.
