Which are my favourites for the winter months?

In this post, I will briefly tell you which products I have finished and liked a lot. There is also a bonus of it: Giorgio Armani foundation (luminous silk foundation) that I had as a small sample from Sephora (as a gift).

THREE MASKS FOR DRY SKIN

Let's start with the masks, I have been using more masks recently. Two of these are about to finish and one of them is new. The first is the hydrating mask of Avene, it is called also soothing radiance mask. It is really hydrating. I left it on and it absorbs easily. A good one! The smell is similar to Avene creams.

The second mask I tried was the Origins Apricot mask, which is a great one, too, but it is so sticky like the syrup of apricot. It also can be left on, but I had to get used to it since it was not totally absorbed by the skin. I would say it made a difference: felt that my face was brighter and more hydrated. Suggest it to the dry skinners!

The third mask I tried was the most natural one, which is freshening organic cucumber mask from Beauty Garden. This mask is the one that should be finished much earlier than others, it has six months after it is opened. I have had it for one year now and I still am trying to finish it but it has three or four uses more. It is very fresh, it helps clean your skin as well as hydrate it. The price is similar to the others.

These three masks are really good, they smell nice and fresh. The one from Avene is more like a cream. The most fruity one is the Beauty Garden's and the most sticky one is the Apricot. 

FINISHED PRODUCTS: ALL LOVED AND BELOVED

Now let us pass on to what I had finished recently and loved. There are four products in this section: two mascaras, one hydrating spray, and one hydrating cream. 

TWO MASCARAS: ONE BROWN AND ONE BLACK 

The mascaras are the ones I had suggested also before. The first mascara is the brown one from Green Me collection. Wonderful shape, wonderful color and efficient in a quick application: I love this one. It is about to finish soon. Maybe a few times more but not more than that. 

KIKO GREEN ME COLLECTION MASCARA

The second mascara is the one I had used before Hypnose Mascara (black). I love this mascara a lot. It is about to finish, too. I will not buy a new one as I have other brands to try for now but when all is finished, I will try to rebuy this. It gives a nice shape, it stays on well unless you cry. And it has a smell like rose oil, do not know why and do not know how it is so. I like that it is not such an artificial perfume that they are using inside this product.

A GREAT SPRAY FROM CLARINS 

The third product I finished was Clarins Re-Fresh. I love this refreshing spray not only because it hydrates the skin but also because I can re-use the bottle! It has such a good quality of spray and it is made of glass. Isn't that great to fill with cucumber water or some natural beauty stuff you prepare at home and spray on your face? Congratulations to Clarins for using such good quality bottles for the products.

WONDERFUL HYDRATING CREAM WITH OLIVE OIL

The fourth and the last product that I am about to finish (two uses or three) is an Italian brand. It is called Elisir D'Olivo Lift Serum Trattamento Viso Antietà from Erbario Toscana. Amongst all the others, this one is the most expensive. So I would definitely re-think before buying it. It is 38.5 euros and it finishes in less than two months if you use it every day and night. I have to say that it did a great job in hydrating and keeping hydrating for a long time. It smells like olive oil, so super fresh! However, I would not buy this unless I have a good salary, cause it is not economic at all for what it costs... If you think money is not a problem, I suggest it definitely. Good one! A very good one! 

The bottle is made of glass so it can be used, the pump is very efficient so it will not break easily, it seems that they invested also in the packaging, which is good to know. Homemade creams can be saved in these.

BONUS: ARMANI Foundation (just used a small sample)

Yesterday, by chance, I could try the Armani foundation luminous silk. I always use the bb or cc creams but this time I wanted to use and finish this sample as they go bad if you keep them for a long while. So I thought, in the beginning, it looked a bit cakey on the face. Then as time went by, it settled and became more natural. It did not dry my skin at all which I assume is very good quality (I hydrated my skin before, too), had a very nice texture, fitted the color of my skin. I used 02 for myself. I suggest it for those fondotinta lovers. For the foundation lovers, it can be preferred! The small samples are always good to see and try before you buy something expensive. This one seems to cost almost 60 euros: it will be worth the money if you use fondotinta (foundation) almost every day.
