Favourites of all times

It has been a long time that I wrote in this webpage and I am quite curious to know what kind of suggestions I will make to you, myself. 

First of all, I want to start with the things that I absolutely love and have loved till now. So I might be kind of repeating myself. And yet, there are some new products that I enjoyed using a lot. 

Let's start with the lipsticks, the favourite ones. 

If you want to wear a happy red, Shiseido's Modernmatte powder lipstick, Shock Wave 513 would be great for you. It is a wonderful non sticky red colour, that lights up your face and also is bold in a way cause it is a very lively colour. Furthermore, it is quite longlasting. I love it so much also because it does not dry your lips. Ten out of ten.

My second favourite(s) are from BareMinerals. Two colours that I admire for everyday wear: Memory and Honesty. Memory is somewhere between red and orange but very solemn. Honesty is a great pink with blue undertones. And they are both good for the work day and the evenings. Their texture is smooth and quite hydrating. BareMinerals is vegan as far as I know and it is a relief to know that. 

The third one is from Korff, number 12 a perfect peachy nude. It is a great colour for everyday and yet it is a sophisticated one if you combine it with a makeup that is modest and simple. I love this lipstick also because it hydrates and it does not dry your lips. Great one!

The fourth is from Deborah, it is really cheap and it is a classic shiny pink pink pink. It is from the 80s I believe. If you are tanned, this colour would look perfect on you as it would make your lips stand out... Number 532. 

Last but not leat, joli rouge crayon of Clarins, 705c soft berry is a great discovery especially for the summer. Why? Cause in the summer most of the lipsticks start to melt and break in your bag, this crayon in fact makes sure that you are saved... It is so easy to apply as it is like a pencil. It is soft and it provides a great matte colour on your lips. A nice dark rosy matte for everyday use again. 

Okay okay, I admit there is another discovery from Clarins, which is Joli Rouge Brillant number 7. This is a very subtle shiny pink for everyday use again and if you do not like very bold colours, this might go well for your evening makeup, too. 

I will continue with the skin products that have been super useful. Hyaluronic acid of Inkey is great, it hydrates, does not leave the sensation of heaviness on your face and it takes care of your skin for sure. The second one is a hydrating cream from Burt's Bees, a vegan, non perfumed, suitable for sensitive skin product: Daily moisturising cream sensitive. You can use it also during pregnancy as far as I am concerned. The third is the hydrating cream of Bionike, Defence Hydra, rich hydrating cream, senza conservanti, senza profumo and senza glutine. I think Bionike is not vegan and that's a shame but this cream is a good hydrating cream for dry and sensitive skin. As you might remember I have dry and sensitive skin so I am careful about choosing products made for that. 

A wonderful skincare product is Lozione micellare of Avene... when  you clean your makeup make sure that you use this lozione micellare. Lotion micellaire of Avene is hydrating, fitting to sensitive skin and cleaning the remnants of the day from your skin. Without hurting, burning, on the contrary, making your skin prepped for the night's rest and sleep. I love this product, cannot hide it. 

To continue with the blushes, two discoveries this summer were great for me. Bobbie Brown pot rouge for lips and cheeks. Pale Pink 11. A wonderful easy to use product for lips and cheeks, two birds with one stone. The second one is again from Clarins (Clarins is one of my favourite favourite brands as always): Number 02 Cheeky Pink. This colour is absolutely wonderful, and I think it would go with a lot of different skin tones. It combines pink and orange quite well in its texture. 

When it comes to tinted compact, I repeat and repeat again, I can never repeat enough: Avene's tinted creams are great for sensitive and light skin. Tinted compact with SPF 50 protection is one of my best products ever. I finished one and bought another one. For tinted cream not in the form of a compact, I also have finished till now many tubes from Avene. The recent discovery is Avene 50 SPF HEV blue light with unifying qualities. Such a great cream, hydrates, protects, unifies, and it has a nice perfume, very light... 

Talking about bronzers, you will remember that I love bronzers a lot. Chanel's 390 healthy glow bronzing cream has been amongst my favourites. This year I also tried Summer Oasis of Clarins. I like this bronzing powder as it is a small managable and finishable package, not as big as Chanel's which I think is too big for one person. Clarins Summer Oasis bronzer allows you to combine blush with the bronzer as well as the highlighter. Or you can mix all these and use it as a generic bronzer. The perfume of this product is very subtle and light. One of the products of Clarins, I cannot exactly remember which one it was, had a very heavy and unbearable perfume on its bronzer. Had to give it away immediately. I could not stand it. This one on the other hand, is a good one. It has coconut oil... 

The problem of all these products is this: They are all in plastic! So basically, as you take care of yourself, you forget to take care of the nature. So this is the dilemma, why not make them all refillable. Why not make them in packages that are not plastic. I am sure that there have been many recent discoveries that serve that end. 

Finally, I have a suggestion of a lotion. Aveeno, Daily moisturising lotion which nourishes dry skin. It is made from colloidal oatmeal and it is unscented. Great product, leaves your skin smooth and soft. It is also good for dry skin... Aveeno does not say it is vegan but it is quite a clean product. I will make more research on Aveeno as I am using the baby products of this brand as well. 

For the perfumes, I have only one suggestion to those who love bergamote and lemon scents. Guerlain's acqua allegoria. It is a great perfume, light on the skin, perfect for the summer, fresh for the summer evenings. It does not stay on your skin too long but if you like a light perfume for the summer, this is a great buy. I use it almost everyday before I leave home... it never overwhelms the user and the people around you. 

For a practical, vegan and clean choice, RMS Beauty's mod collection is soooo compact. You have the blush and the bronzer and the eye shadow in one set. Besides you have a lip hydrating cream made of coconut oil at the bottom. Great discovery of this summer, too. I discover things late cause I do not follow the trends, I buy things after having done the necessary research. 

The summer suggestions are as such. I will not be able to put any photos or give links yet as I do not have time. But you can google and buy these products anywhere you wish. I only inserted my absolute favourites, not all those that I am using. I will also write to you about other things that are so and so...
